Features
EXT Series Plastic Extruder Gear is the latest product line developed by ZET Gearboxes. All housings are made from gray cast iron EN-GJL 250. Rigid MonoBlock body provides high performance sensitivity and sustainability. Every surface can be mounted seamlessly, thanks to the universal body.
Gears are made of 8620 material and they are heat treated and precise CNC profile grounded and all the gears are hardened and grounded with 6 quality. To increase the load carring capacity of gears various profile correction are made. Motor - gearbox connections are at IEC B5-B14 standard in extruder series gearboxes.
